Shipping Charges - U.S.A.
Continental United States (not including Alaska or Hawaii) may select ground or air shipping method, actual UPS shipping charge applies. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Territories must include full air shipping cost with the order. If shipping information is insufficient (missing apartment number or suite number, etc,) you will be responsible for UPS address correction charges - $5 per package. $5 extra handling charge apply for shipment through U.S.P.S. mail. We try to ship orders the same working day if they are received before UPS pickup time (2PM Pacific Time). Otherwise the order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Charges - FOREIG
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all shipping and handling charges including but not limited to duties, import or export fees etc. Please check with your local agencies regarding rates. We will ship as per your instructions and will assist you in any way we can. If shipping information is insufficient, your order will be held.

Shipping Charges Not Refundable
Since UPS or USPS does not refund any shipping charge for retunred packages, we are sorry that we can not refund any shipping charges once the package is being shipped.
