U.S.A Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please have your credit card information ready when calling. We will require your credit card number, expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit card. All credit card orders are subject to your bank approval on funds and your address verification. If the ship-to address is different from your billing address, we must contact your bank.

If you like to fax in your credit card order, please type the item part number, quantity, credit card number and expiration date clearly, as well as your billing and shipping address, with your phone number and email address for us to contact you. We will not be able to process your order if your billing address does not match your bank's record.

Foreign
Only money orders or cashiers checks in U.S. funds payable thru the U.S. bank clearing systems (drawn on a U.S. bank) can be accepted. Canadian Postal Money Orders in U.S. funds are also acceptable. Credit card order must provide your bank's contact phone number for verification.

Open Accounts
Government or State educational institutions and agencies can submit formal written purchase order (verbals are not accepted) for immediate acceptance. All others must submit proper credit information and await approval. Normal credit approval takes up to three weeks and credit terms are extended only to highly rated accounts. Our terms are NET 30 days with a $100.00 minimum per PO. All open account orders are shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, California (Actual shipping charge apply, minimum shipping charge is $5.00)

COD Orders
We do not accept COD orders.

California Customers
Orders delivered within the state of California are subject to California State Sales Tax unless we have your resale card on file. Contact customer service at 714-550-0980 x7138 if you want to submit a resale number. Customer without resale permit, please add 7.75% state sales tax.
