If you are not happy with a product, please return it to us following the instructions below WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT in original unused condition(including product package etc.) and you will receive a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. When refund was desired, please note that we could not refund the shipping charges which we had paid to the shipper.
All products carry one(1) year warrantee from the date of purchase. During the
warrantee period, if any item proved to be defective, we will repair or replace
the product for you. Please contact us for shipping instructions, since some item
will be sent to different factory for repair/replacement. Customer is responsible
for sending the defective product to the repair/replacement address with insured
traceable shipping method. For any product made by our own factory, we will simply
replace them with a new one, if the item is proved to be faulty. Some manufacture may
provide a longer warrantee period for their products, please check with the manufacture
for details. Some manufacture may require customer pay for return shipping charges if
the warrantee item was not defective.

No Return Authorization is necessary, but you do need to email us or call us before your return to make sure we expecting the return, so that once your return is arraived, we will be able to credit you ASAP. Please mark your order number outside the package. We would appreciate if you write us a note to let us know what the problem is and return any paperwork you receive with your order. Please include a phone number and email address. We will rectify any problems promptly. Please make all claims within 15 days of receipt of your order.
